Published Refund Window

The vendor’s current refund page states a 60-day refund period. Its written conditions say customers must contact support for instructions, return the product, provide tracking information and pay return postage. The policy also says original shipping and return shipping are not reimbursed and describes the refund as a one-time opportunity.

A 60-day window is not the same as a no-work or “risk-free” return. Keep the receipt, containers, correspondence and tracking until the matter is resolved.
